Te Mana Motuhake a rohe o Whangarei hosts Tribunal Hearings

Ngapuhi will gather at Te Rerenga Paraoa Marae today for the start of a week long Waitangi Tribunal Hearing, Te Paparahi o te Raki, week 17,  when Te Mana Motuhake a Rohe o Whangarei , the Hapu collective from the Whangarei region will present evidence of Crown breaches of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Nga hapu Parawhau, Patuharakeke, Ngatihau, Te Waiariki and Ngatiwai ki Whangaruru  evidence will be presented by their kaikorero.

Tautoko will broadcast live from the hearings from Monday at 8am to Friday at 3pm

Maori Radio broadcasts this years Waitangi Day Hui

Te Reo Takiwa o Tautoko and Ngatihine have set up a mobile studio on Te Tii Marae Waitangi and will broadcast live from Waitangi from 8 to 8pm tomorrow and 6am to 6pm on Saturday.

Coverage will include the whakatau for the Government ministers tomorrow, interviews and

korero live from the Treaty grounds , Te Tii Marae and the peoples forum which starts tomorrow afternoon.
