Last of course the thought of the week:
Why do we have to be better then someone else, when we are all individual people, as we would be called Kings and Queens not individual
Rae here, well here’s an update of some of the things that are coming up.
- Next week Tautoko Fm will be broadcasting from Ngatirehia, Te Tii the last week of the Waitangi Hearings starting on Monday 11th until 15th October 2010
- Don’t forget this Saturday 9th October is the last day for local elections
- On Sunday the 10th October is a Global Climate Working Bee, click here for korero from the group Tuanuku about things happening all around Aotearoa. You can also click here for more information about 350 Aotearoa

Wai Fm comes out of Tautoko Fm every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 9pm until Midnight so if your whanau from Whaingaroa tune in for to find out what’s happening and issues that effect you and your whanau.
Well that’s me for this week catch you next week don’t forget send us what you are up to in your area and I’ll let the whanau know.
Here is the thought for the week:
Remember to focus on what is truly important to yourself and your family. The distractions of the daily grid and chores can take you away from what is really important, but always remain true to yourself, your values, and your goals. There in lies the path to happiness.
I’m Raewynne the Program Director for Tautoko Fm at the end of each month, starting today I will be giving you updates of things happening for the following month in this case the month of October:
11th to 15th October is the last round for the Waitangi Hearings being held in the Ngati Rehia Area.
28th October Declaration of Independent (still to confirm who’s doing what)
26th to 1st November Blind Week.
Each week I will also let you know about some of the things that are happening on-air, who is talking to who, who is playing where, I’m sure you get the picture. Well that’s a little of what you will be reading from me for now, don’t forget you can contact me by e-mail or leave a comment.
Happy Birthday to Tautoko FM 22years old on 30 September to all the past, present and new announcers.
My thought for the month is this, “If you think that your going round in a circle stop and go the other way”
